How much does the studio cost?You can find our prices and the option to book the studio HERE .

Is payment possible after admission?Yes, but only for existing customers and by arrangement. The general terms and conditions apply to regular customers . After this, full payment is required before admission.

Do you also edit podcasts?Yes, we also offer post-production, hosting and social media clip creation. Feel free to send us a message.

When is the studio open?The studio can always be booked between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Feel free to MESSAGE us for recordings outside of these times.

What is the cancellation policy?If you need to cancel your already booked session with us, we offer a full refund provided at least 48 hours notice is given. If notified between 24 and 48 hours before the session to be canceled, the refund will be 50% of the booking value. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. You can find out more about this in our terms and conditions .

Which payment methods are accepted?Appointments can be paid directly via credit card (with STRIPE). In addition, other payment methods such as PayPal are available for packages in the shop. In addition, invoices can also be created upon request.

How long are my files available?To save resources, your files will be deleted from our servers after 30 days and cannot be restored afterwards.

Which sets can I book?You can book a total of 3 fixed sets . Set A: A recording booth from KEODA offers optimal sound for podcast and voice recordings with up to 4 people. Set B: The height-adjustable studio table is acoustically optimized and allows recordings with up to 8 people. Additionally, this set can be customized with your own branding and features an LED wall. Set C: Our lounge is available for everyone who prefers a more comfortable atmosphere. You can implement relaxed formats here with up to 4 people.

Will I receive separate audio and video files?Yes, each camera and microphone record individually, so you can then use the files flexibly.

When will I receive my files?You will receive the files immediately after recording. Either you bring your own hard drive or I will upload the files to a cloud server within 24 hours.

In which format do I receive the podcasts?The audio files are recorded and transmitted at 48 kHz WAV. The video files are recorded at 4K and 30 FPS and passed in 1080p to save resources. Just contact us if you need the 4K recording.
